Limitation of liability

In no event shall Coverly Store or its suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of any product purchased from Coverly Store. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, loss of value of the product, loss of value of any third-party products used in conjunction with the product, or loss of use of the product or any related third-party products, even if Coverly Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Coverly Store assumes no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics or other personal property used in conjunction with Coverly products. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, MP3 players, DVD players, or other handheld devices, as well as any loss of data contained on such devices.

Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur for any reason (including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages in contract, tort, or otherwise), the entire liability of Coverly Store and its suppliers shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.

Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As such, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you, and your rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
