Courier and Delivery Times
We partner with reputable courier services, including Australia Post, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. Please note that all
deliveries require a signature upon receipt for added security.
PO BOX or Parcel Locker Deliveries
- We accept delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers only for orders under AU$150 (inclusive of GST).

6–8 business days to REGIONAL AREAS.

Understanding Delivery Dates
The delivery dates provided are for guidance purposes only. Factors such as unforeseen events (e.g.,
pandemics, natural disasters) may affect the accuracy of these estimates.

"Available Date": This indicates when a product will leave our warehouse. For
example:

"Available in 7–14 days" means the product will be dispatched after the 7th business
day but before the 14th business day.

A product marked "In Stock" will leave our warehouse on the same day if ordered before
the Delivery Cut-Off Time or on the next business day.
For orders requiring delivery by a specific date or method, we will make every effort to accommodate your
request. However, Coverly Store cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- Courier services.
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
- Unavailability of a recipient to sign for the package.
- Late order placement beyond the delivery cut-off time.
- Any other circumstances outside our control.
In cases where delays are caused by our error, our liability is limited to refunding the courier charge.
Delivery Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 2 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed
on the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Australia Post Third-Party Quoting System.

All products are subject to availability. We regularly update our inventory information (every 24 hours
during business days), but availability is not guaranteed. If a product is marked as "In Stock,"
it may have been purchased by another customer before the system updates.
Damage and Discrepancies
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any discrepancies or damage,
please notify us within 7 days to address the issue promptly. Failure to report issues
within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
